1. Browser storage we use
The site uses essential browser storage for site operation and admin authentication. It also stores your cookie choice in local browser storage so the banner can remember it; this preference is not itself a cookie.
2. Optional analytics
If you choose analytics, first-party analytics records page views and active reading time aggregated by page, day, and country. The server uses the request IP address to derive country; raw IP addresses and visitor IDs are not retained in analytics records. Analytics is not required to use the website.
3. Your choices
You can choose “Necessary only” or “Accept analytics,” or manage your choice. You can reopen cookie settings from this page at any time. Changing your choice affects future analytics collection; browser settings can also clear local storage and cookies.
4. Providers and advertising
Clerk provides admin authentication. Its processing location and transfer terms are described in the PLEC Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy). We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies in the current site implementation. The precise cookie or storage items and expiry may depend on the browser and provider session settings.
